No. TrustonTap operates as an introductory care agency, connecting families directly with self-employed carers rather than employing them. This means franchise partners do not need to register with the CQC — one of the structural advantages of the model.
There is a four-stage process. First, an initial introductory call with our team. Second, an Expression of Interest, where you submit your details and sign a confidentiality agreement. Third, a Discovery Meeting in person, where we review the full Franchise Information Memorandum together. Fourth, a Decision Stage to evaluate the opportunity and the next steps together.
