Once we know your needs, we will approach our local Watford carers, who usually respond within 24-48 hours.
As soon as we know their availability we will send you their profiles. It’s then up to you to decide which carer you like and we can book that carer straightaway.
We recognise that it is helpful to meet a carer in advance of agreeing to an engagement. Where this cannot be easily arranged in person, we encourage you to arrange a video call (e.g. via Skype) with your recommended carer.
Prices range from £17 – £25/hour depending on your care needs and carer experience.
We will send you a selection of profiles for carers in the Watford area, and you choose your carer dependent on your specific requirements.
We will ensure that you have the same carer each time, we will not send you different carers without contacting you first. This is usually only due to sickness or leave.
We carefully screen and interview all our trusted carers via a multi-stage recruitment process to ensure that all our carers are competent, compassionate, kind, honest and reliable.
Everyone is fully-vetted and DBS background checked.
Plus, we obtain two references on all carers that we take on, to ensure the good character of the people who will be supporting you.
We also conduct thorough individual interviews.
Over the last 3 years, we have taken on less than 5% of carers that have applied to us.
We only list those individuals who we would be happy to recommend to our own relatives.

Continue readingWatford is a town and borough in Hertfordshire, England, located 15 miles northwest of Charing Cross. We provide consistent home care, home help, and companionship carers across Watford from £17/hour.
It stretches along the Colne River and at first was only a small market town until the construction of the Grand Junction Canal enabled the growth of paper mills, print works, and breweries. Though industry has declined in Watford, its proximity to London and good transport links has attracted a number of companies to locate their headquarters in the town. The community contains Cassiobury Park, used as the Earl of Essex’s manor estate and the Watford Football Club, a professional team that competes in the English League Championship.
Watford was created as a town under the Local Government Act of 1894, and granted a charter as a municipal borough in 1922. During the 2011 census, there were 90,301 people living in the borough. The borough is separated from Greater London to the south by the village of Watford Rural, in the Three Rivers District. In the 2001 census, the Watford subdivision of Greater London Urban Area, which includes much of the neighbourhood, had a total population of 120,960.
Watford is a major center in the northern home counties. The Hertfordshire County Council designates Watford and Stevenage as its major sub-regional centers, headlining its list of preferred locations for retail development.
