“Stasia is really first class. Calm, gentle, super intelligent and warm hearted. She really shines in our eyes. Helps mum with exercises in such a way that there has been real progress. She has helped me with planning too, which has been invaluable to me as I find it quite a challenge.”

“Mariam is deeply committed to caring shown in her willingness to work an extra week when my other live-in carer wasn’t well. She has a lively mind and we have had stimulating conversations and exchanges of views. She is on a diet but has cooked all my ready meals well. Her enthusiastic cooperation with my physio has helped me make progress with regaining mobility after illness.”

“Joseph has only been with us for a few weeks, but he has been brilliant. My mum was reluctant to have help with dad, but Joseph won her round immediately as he is so professional and friendly; she is even considering asking him to visit more often! I can't recommend him highly enough, dad looks forward to seeing him and so far he has been invaluable. A really nice bloke!”

“Maxine has been an invaluable source of help in dealing with our daughter who has Selective Mutism. Although our daughter can’t speak to Maxine, the two of them have built up a great relationship.”

“Suraya has been working with my parents for the past few weeks. Mum has dementia but is in denial about it, and has not accepted any other carer before, but Suraya has been so kind and patient, she accepts her as a friend and looks forward to her visits. At the moment Suraya is mainly playing endless games of Scrabble with mum, which is a... wonderful way to gain her trust. It's so great for us as a family to know that Suraya completely understands how important it is for mum to retain her dignity, and how difficult to admit she needs care. Also Suraya is a wonderful communicator and always let's us know how each visit went , and has also shown great concern for our dad who has just had heart surgery. “Suraya cared so well for my father and his partner for several years. She was reliable and always on time. She was so kind, supportive and went above and beyond to give them both the best care possible. They each had their own needs and Suraya managed to support them both with care at home but also took them on outings, which they both loved and... to appointments when necessary. She was in touch with me via WhatsApp regularly, so I always knew how my father was. She could see what needed doing without being told and was sensitive to their increasing frailty and needs. When the dementia became more evident she never showed a hint of frustration. Her incredible patience and her ability to create moments of peace and comfort in the midst of confusion meant the world to us, it was a true testament to her empathetic nature. I always knew my father and his partner were in safe hands and also knew that my father really appreciated the fact Suraya treated him with dignity and love. I would whole heartedly recommend her as a carer, she is empathetic, willing to go the extra mile for someone's happiness, flexible and incredible helpful. I couldn't have wish for a better carer for my father in his final years.read more”

“At the moment, Yvonne's duties mainly comprise helping our very experienced live-in carer get Mary up. This she does to our satisfaction, and the carer rates her. Currently, Yvonne is driving c 25 minutes; from December, it will be 6 minutes. We and she look forward to that as it will improve both her punctuality (which is not bad) and her value for money, making one hour stays feasible.”

“Shama visited and supported my elderly father for an hour each day whilst I was away on holiday. Shama was friendly and very adaptable. She was happy to carry out a whole range of tasks. I felt I could rely on her to keep an eye on my father in my absence which helped to reduce my anxiety.”
