“I've had a lot of issues in the past with PAs but not this time with Nikol she's been brilliant and really supportive with good communication skills. I have arthritis in most my body. Nikol helps me day to day with cooking, cleaning and paperwork and we talk about any issues bothering me. She's friendly, honest, reliable, caring and is good company.”

“Nina was brilliant. Although it was only a short engagement, she took it very seriously and looked after our 92-year-old mum very well indeed. She has a natural kindness and empathy with the person she is caring for, and is also very hard-working, looking for different ways to be of assistance, including cooking, cleaning, shopping etc. Along with... her kindness, she is also physically strong and has a firm, unflappable, no-nonsense style which can be very useful with an uncooperative care recipient. She was very good at persuading mum to eat her breakfast and ensured she got adequate nutrition. I wish we had been lucky enough to employ her when our dad was dying a few years ago. Unlike mum he had Alzheimer’s and was sometimes very difficult — insulting or even aggressive. I just know that Nina would been the perfect carer for him. She can handle any situation. This statement was agreed between myself, my brother and my sister. We are all big fans.read more”

She is completely dependable, and can be trusted to always arrive as previously arranged. She is also good at communicating with my father's live-in carer to coordinate the best timing for him.
