“Mandy is approachable and friendly and is always willing to go the extra mile. She arranges and takes my Mum to her hospital or doctors appointments and lets me know how they go. She has good communication even on her time off. I have been ill recently and Mandy has taken a lot more on board to help out. She is very patient with my Mum and has a lot of knowledge of dementia care.”
