She looked after my mother with respect and I enjoyed hearing them both laughing together. Susan uses her initiative and is so reliable. We are so lucky to have had her caring for my mother. As my Mum got very frail she continued to treat my Mum with great respect and care as well as noting changes in how my mother was that required adaptions in how she was cared for.
