“Melinda is very friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. She is happy to do simple chores around the house such as laundry and washing up, but equally happy to provide personal care as required. She is proving to be a great support to both Dad and myself. Knowing that she is there for us at a very difficult time is most reassuring.”

I appreciate that carers / PA's may be off from time to time but Laura has rarely, if at all communicated these incidents to myself or the service user which has caused significant problems in the delivery of care.
