She has been a friend of theirs; she has driven them around, taken them for their jabs and cooked for them. She has been an amazing support. Both have dementia but they have accepted her. “We appreciate the quality of care that Ana delivered for Grace throughout her time with us. Ana was able to establish a friendly relationship with Grace in a very short time and proved readily accommodating to Grace's sometimes quickly changing moods. Ana's competence with our i.pad also frequently provided the basis for long periods of... interaction between Grace and Ana. In addition to the resulting access to a wide range of music the pair would often join in with a sing-along. This provided a regular mood lift and distraction for Grace. This was also a welcome return to previously much missed smiles from Grace. I think it is fair to say that Ana's efforts were the major contribution to any enjoyment that Grace experienced during last year and I/ we thank her for that. We will both miss her and I feel confident that she will be a great help to anyone else she may work with in futureread more”

Although she has only been a PA to Lee for a few weeks the feedback from Lee is very positive, as he doesn't always bond with other PAs / carers easily. “Value for money is a very emotive subject and in the end is defined by how well the company performs when things don't go according to plan. As yet this remains untested but I was told it was a joint responsibility. Not sure about that....”

“Very reliable and has got on well with my client and assisted her to carry out some domestic tasks really well, with no complaints so far. The only issue is prompting Prisca to feedback to me (the clients case manager) (via the support workers WhatsApp group ) that she has been in to see the client which is helpful as reassurance.”

“Christine worked for me as my mother’s fulltime carer from April to Dec 2021. My mother suffers from dementia and so Christine provided help with shopping, cooking, cleaning, personal care and overall general companionship. I would be delighted to recommend Christine as a carer to anyone as I found her to be caring, supportive, flexible and... sensitive to my mother’s needs at all times. She was totally reliable and trustworthy and did not have any time off with sickness during this time. I also found her to be of great support to me giving me updates on mum on a daily basis so that I could have a conversation in the evening with my mother and know what she had done during the day and what she had eaten, this was of great comfort to me. The reason for me ending our arrangement with Christine is that my mother has deteriorated to the point of needing to be in a home.read more”
