“Our experience with Daniel was exceptional. This was the first time we had used a personal assistant / carer for my 18-year-old son who has special needs and we were a bit nervous. However, Dan was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, reliable, friendly, warm, cheerful and flexible. He quickly tuned in to my son's personality, capabilities... and likes and dislikes and made lots of constructive, tailored suggestions. Dan got the balance right between supporting him and gently pushing his comfort zone and encouraging him to expand his capabilities. Within a few days Dan had calmly and patiently taught Sam to do up his own shoe-laces - something we had been struggling with for a while. He is a natural at teaching and supporting and uses encouragement and gentle guidance very effectively. My son had a fabulous few weeks with Dan and learnt and experienced so much. I would have no hesitation in recommending him across the board.read more”

She is quiet in the house and careful with her activities, has done laundry, cooking, dusting and hoovering and she has produced some delicious meals. These have been quite plain in line with my requests. Abigail has done food and other shopping for me. She accompanied me in the ambulance to the JR... just before my operation and to a follow-up appointment with a physio. She is always attentive and kind. I feel very fortunate to have had her care and was so pleased that she was free to care for me again when I left hospital.read more”
