“It will be very hard to beat Dobrila's diligence, enthusiasm and overall care. She has the rare combination of qualities including being authoritative and kind at the same time. Dobrila is very reliable and has never missed a session with my Dad. She routinely does his shopping, washing, cooking, ferries him to hospital appointments, puts up with... his moods and all with a smile on her face (certainly when I'm there). Dobrila will also listen in to medical telephone consultations and feed back to my brother and I as necessary. In fact Dobrila's communication skills are excellent as, without prompting, she emails my brother and I at the end of each week to update us on how Dad has fared through the week. My brother, Dad and I have all built up a level of trust in Dobrila that is so important when considering care of your loved ones.read more”

“Susan is very nice and knows how to cook. At the start she was slightly vague about timing. But this now seems to be improving. Again at the start she didn't make much effort to do other jobs, I have recently started giving specific tasks for each visit. This appears to be working very well. I think the initial problem is because I felt too tired... to give her more direction. I am sure things will continue to work out and move forward.read more”

“I connected with Leanne from the very first message and phone call - Leanne looks after my uncle, and treats him how she would if he was part of her own family. Nothing is too much trouble. She is very understanding and takes away a lot of anxiety and worry. I would go as far to say that I would count Leanne as a friend as well as my uncles carer. Thank you so much xx”

“She is lovely, I have only met her once for my personal care but she made sure I felt clean and gave me a shower and care respecting my dignity at all times and that I felt completely clean and my clothes and hair where just the way I liked it! “Fay was introduced to me by TrustonTap and very soon I began to realize what a stupendous relationship I had established with her. Fay was able to solve many of my problems. For instance the carer who had been scheduled one morning did not show up; I phoned Fay, and in half an hour Fay was able to fill the gap. Since that time, Fay has supervised... my numerous changes of schedule, as my health has somewhat deteriorated over the years. On my birthday, Fay brought a birthday cake and a friend! This should give you a general picture of the characteristics of this wonderful person. “Bindi has been a real asset to my parents. It means my mum can go out knowing my dad won’t wander outside looking for her. She has also been flexible with times which has enabled my mum to go out with friends for a meal early evening. She has been unable to do this for some time. Having Bindi means my mum is less stressed looking after my dad and... not as reliant on my brother and myself all the time.read more”

“Lizzy has provided excellent care for mum. She has been kind and empathic, enthusaistic and creative in her approach, yet sensitive to mum's needs and moods. She is observant and efficient and always willing to go the extra mile. She keeps in regular touch with us as a family, raising any concerns aswell as sharing any highlights about her visits... with mum - which is very reassuring for us. She is very relaiable and always lets us know if she is unable to keep the visit because of child health issues.read more”

“Kineez is extremely punctual despite dreadful roadworks on her way to my flat. She cheerfully ignores this irritation & comes to work with a smile on her face & probably a funny story! She is a fabulous cleaner and a fabulous cook. In fact so far I find Kineez is just fabulous!”
