“Dobrila has provided excellent care to both my parents: my otherwise fit mother, who is recovering from surgery, and my dad, who has dementia. Dobrila is very organised and calm, she is always punctual and has been flexible over timings when that was needed. She is an excellent companion - both my parents enjoy talking with her very much. She does... any necessary household or food preparation tasks with great care and to a very high standard.read more”

“Mary came to help look after my frail but independent, very elderly mother on an occasional basis, supporting two full-time live in carers. She immediately fitted in and won my mother's - and the family's - trust. She combines professionalism with enormous empathy and genuine caring. She also brought a love of life, warmth and cheerfulness to what... turned out to be the last months of my mother's life. In short, a lovely person to have around. “Cathy is a friendly and easy to relate to lady, very caring almost more than necessary. Cathy is punctual and seems to be comfortable with Ken but not sure of Ken’s reaction. I would of expected Cathy to do the washing up and would of found it helpful if she had attempted to clean the bathroom after he had a bout of diarherra but these probs... wouldn’t put put me off using her to keep Ken company .read more”

“The Person that Mo is caring for is a friend and next of kin. I have seen a great improvement in his wellbeing since Mo started support with him. I have had great feedback and Mo is a friendly supportive person that most definitely is worth more than he is paid.”

“Elizabeth is very attentive and caring. She is friendly and approachable and provides excellent companionship care. She is flexible and adapts to whatever is needed. It is a bonus that Elizabeth is able to bring her friendly, well behaved dog. Going for a walk with the dog is a nice afternoon activity which provides some extra variety.”

From the conversations I have had with B, I feel confident that any suggestions would be met positively and that B would feel comfortable feeding any necessary information back to me regarding mums care.”
