“I connected with Leanne from the very first message and phone call - Leanne looks after my uncle, and treats him how she would if he was part of her own family. Nothing is too much trouble. She is very understanding and takes away a lot of anxiety and worry. I would go as far to say that I would count Leanne as a friend as well as my uncles carer. Thank you so much xx”

“I find her personal & trustworthy . I only show her once and she grasps it. She does dogs but she has cats at home. We are very pleased and do hope she will stay with us.”

“Just to let you know how happy we all were with Suraya when she came to look after my father Anthony for my sons wedding in Abingdon. Suraya fitted in immediately and looked after my Mother and Mother in Law as well, somehow charming all three of them. I would unreservedly recommend Suraya for this type of work and would like to say “Thank-you”... for giving us the peace of mind to really enjoy the very special day.read more”

“Mo is a very pleasant young man , he is polite and asks what we would like him to do. Ken seems happy with him even though he is quite quiet.j He is reliable and lets us know if he is going to be late or unable to come.”

“If I could have written a description for an ideal carer for Dad it would have been Alex. It was our first experience of respite care and it was so reassuring knowing we were leaving him with someone so positive and focused on him and his needs. He really gave a lot of thought to activities etc. that would be suitable for Dad and that he might... enjoy so it was a break for him as well as respite care for my mum. I'm really reluctant to give him 5 stars because I don't want him getting too booked up!read more”

The three of us work very well together as a team. Mum is familiar with Suraya and is happy to be with her all day when I'm out. I feel comfortable leaving Mum in Suraya's care. This enables me to... relax and concentrate on what I need to do while I'm out. It is reassuring to naturally be at peace when away from Mum. “Susan has been good with my father & reliable but she keeps working over her allotted HRS & some of the jobs we have asked her to do have not been done. She said she didn't have the time. Had to keep asking her to do things. Very friendly person.”

“We were really nervous of getting a carer in for my dying mother; however Natalie was excellent from the moment she walked into the house!. She immediately put us all at ease with her clear, professional, kind approach. My Mum liked her straight away. I cannot praise Natalie highly enough; she was robust in knowing her role as a physical carer and... very experienced at managing and communicating the role of the supporting services such as District Nurse. She was managing my elderly father and my dying mother on a nightly/daily basis with warmth, kindness and positive professionalism. She was also very experience at understanding medication and keeping records and guiding us where necessary. Suffice to say we found her excellent in every way and I found her absolutely trustworthy as well as a lovely young woman.read more”
