“Ana has been very supportive so far. She remembers details, such as where I leave my keys, and attends to my needs so that I feel better after she has been. She has escorted me out in my wheelchair twice, and is a calming presence. Although sympathetic about my disability, she is not at all patronising, and I am glad to have her as my Carer.”

Although my relative may not want ‘care’ and may at times decline help, Charmin is able to provide practical companionship and keep on top of any issues that might arise. They always look... forward to her visits and enjoy chatting and hearing her stories. For us there’s the reassurance of a daily visit, and it is good to know that Charmin will flag any concerns. Petra is very gentle, calm and reassuring with him. She is extremely conscientious and I know she will always do what is best for my father. I regard her as a valuable part of our support network.”

“Anne came to cover both care hours and social hours at an evening's notice. She fitted in straight away and treated me with care and dignity. I do have another carer from TrustonTap but if I didn’t I would be happy to have Anne here on a more permanent basis, if needed. “Keelee is fantastic !!!! For my mum to even accept a carer is a massive achievement and my mum has done this, all thanks to Keelee. She is an extra pair of hands that that’s the pressure off me, she is invaluable. She pops in every morning to make sure mum is up, feed, watered and showered. She puts the heating on, and makes sure mum is safe and... happy for the rest of the day. Keelee keeps in regular contact with me on how my mum is each day and always asks what more she can help with. She cooks cleans and is the extra pair of hands that mum and myself needs. Has been very careful and always prepared to do more than she is asked. { Jan 2021] I have expressed my appreciation and gratitude previously for what Kineez has done for my brother but I may not have made it quite clear just how wonderful have been her support and care for him; Kineez has earned David's trust (no easy... thing), constantly made herself available to respond robustly to his increasing needs, and she has developed a great understanding of what those needs have been. [Mar 2022] I want to thank and praise Kineez , who continued to provide care for David after he ceased to live independently and moved to Fairfield Care Home . Kineez continued to visit David in hospital in the last week of his his life, and probably gave him more comfort than any person or event in his last five years. “Christine is a wonderful human being and carer. My family and I found her to be hardworking, dedicated and compassionate. Christine started looking after my Mum just after Christmas 2019, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to care for her. Mum was incredibly poorly with lung damage, heart disease and cancer. Christine not only looked... after Mum with greater care than we could have hoped for, but she also went over and above the call of duty. Christine took the initiative in between her caring role to sort through mum's mountain of possessions, tidying up rooms/cupboards/wardrobes - anything really Mum would ask of her was never too much trouble. This was not expected of her, but very much appreciated. Mum spoke fondly of Christine, and often said how lucky she was to have found her. Christine also struck up a good relationship with Mum and demonstrated a commitment to her duty of care until the day she died.
