“Prior to starting Annamarie had considered Estelle's interests so that she could build a relationship with her. Annamarie has only spent two sessions with my daughter before going on holiday but she was very pro-active and seems to know instinctively what she requires and how to approach her, which means I have every confidence in her. When the... taxi arrived very early on the second morning she dealt with it calmly and Estelle said she did not feel worried at all. She has also taken time to talk to her sister too, which is great.read more”

We find it hard to accept people at face value due to some awful situations that have arisen with trusting someone into your home and life as a whole, we'd become very cynical when it came to meeting someone new. However Suzy has completely... restored our faith in trusting someone and infact was the highlight of mums day. Suzy is a credit to your company and indeed the caring profession as a whole. There are not enough words to say just how brilliant she is what with the incredible ability to build up a repore so easily and care for my mum with such compassion and professionaisim, going above and beyond to insure mum was happy and her personal needs were being taken care of with the upmost respect and dignity being shown at all times. “Anna Marie is a wonderfully gifted carer. My mother is very difficult and has a number of personality disorders. Anna Marie knows exactly how to deal with her in a kind and patient manner. She regularly feedback to me on how mum has been, as I can’t visit her myself at the moment, and this is invaluable. We all think the world of her and I can’t imagine how I would manage without her.”
