“Mary turned up punctually to the first week's appointment, though last week had to be cancelled because she was sick. When my mother didn't respond to the ring at her doorbell, Mary followed through and contacted me and returned to my mother's house later to do the hour she had been booked for. This was much appreciated, and I hope that after this... initial hiccup the arrangement will settle down into a good rhythm.read more”

“Jenny has been with us now for about 5 years and quickly became a friend of the family. She came to help my dad with personal care and looked after him very well. Now he is much more dependant so has to have a live-in carer, but because we were both so fond of her we didn’t want to lose her so kept her on to take dad out once or twice a week.... These trips became the highlight of the week for him. She takes him to lunch and is not at all phased by the difficulties this presents. She will even bring her lovely family with her for extra company for him and take him for a drive. Of course these have had to be postponed as he is high risk for Covid 19 but she rings to chat and he says he can’t wait to go out with her again. She is reliable, efficient, good on hygiene, cheerful, kind, helpful, and caring. She will engage dad in conversation, always listen and be interested in him, and cheer him up if he’s down – and me as well! Always a ray of sunshine when she comes.read more”

She has the right personality to cope with him and he is cheered up by her presence. She also suggests ideas to occupy him which she has learnt from her previous experience in the... care sector. “My life changed for the better when Bindi became my PA 2 years ago! I previously had a bad experience with a different company/PA, so I was very nervous but Bindi made me feel comfortable, helped me with my confidence and built my trust again. Bindi helps me with my physical and emotional needs, as well as housework, driving me to appointments and... paperwork. My health issues can vary greatly from day to day, yet Bindi always comes in with a smile, nothing fazes her, she treats me with respect, yet she is always very professional. To me, Bindi has become a very dear friend and I have no hesitation in recommending her.read more”
