“Jane was Personal Assistant to both our Aunt & Uncle. With her warm-hearted personality, very quickly a trust and special bond was formed, and Jane soon became part of our family. Her dedication and steadfastness, along with her ability to adapt well to difficult situations - particularly when dealing with the many challenges Dementia throws... at us, is exemplary. She is an extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, inspiring and resourceful person; as well as inordinately patient and compassionate, Jane possesses excellent communication skills and is a Superior Quality Personal Assistant.read more”

“Christine has worked well with a man with complex Autistic needs. Christine has been able to build up a supportive professional relationship with a service user who struggles to acclimate to new people. This support has enabled the service user to maintain a good level of emotional wellbeing, has enabled him to attend important meetings, enabled... him to keep his property in a good state and met other care needs including but not limited to: shopping, laundry and preparing meals. Without Christine's support, the service users care needs would have gone unmet which could have led to serious physical decline. Ultimately, the support provided enabled the service user to remain independent in their own home for as long as possible and therefore I do not hesitate to recommend Christine's services.read more”

She has helped enormously with my mother's personal hygiene and even managed to get her into her bath; a milestone in my... mum's recovery. I only wish that Natalie had her own transport as it would make life easier for her. She has managed to work around this and has never let us down. I have come back some days to find them singing along in the lounge to music. Knowing that John is in safe hands and anything that happens can be dealt with is a huge relief for me and enables me to continue to work which is important to me.”
